I buy a lot of products online and I haven't come across to a more professional, prompt and outstanding customer service. As for the honey - hope you can provide life time membership because I will definitely be a loyal customer. My country was added on the destinations list 2 days after I have contacted the customer service. My order came within a reasonable amount of time (to Europe), with tracking number all the way. At arrival there was a small mishap with the parcel. I wrote customer service just to point out the issue (not to complain) and to my utter surprise I was sent 2 extra jars free of charge: one for the damaged product and one as a way of saying sorry. I was happy just to be able to order the honey so everything else was above and beyond. The honey is very creamy and has a distinct, particular taste and color. I bought a different brand before and I could immediately tell the difference. Overall 5+ stars. I will definitely return.
Wonderful, the Honey came on time and my wife and I have enjoyed a spoonful every day. She claims she has less soreness after Cross-fit, and I find that it seems to alleviate the "day after soreness" on my long bike ride days. what is the difference between this packaging and the other packaging(pink, yellow, orange stripe)?

The Manuka Honey in this packaging is the same premium product that is found in all our Manuka Honey jars. These jars do not have a scannable QR code printed on the label but we can provide you with the UMF Certification.
