Silly question, ignorant me, is this honey used for sandwiches or for baking or topical?? I dont yet understand why it is a better choice than other regular honey. I only heard of this from a friend and i was too embarrassed to ask for more details.
Thanks for the question! It's a perfectly reasonable question as Manuka Honey is such versatile honey. The simple answer is that you can use it for all of those things! We typically recommend if you are using Manuka Honey in baking and food the UMF 5+ and 10+ are really well suited. The UMF 15+ and upwards are great for topical use, skincare and wellness applications as well. There is no reason to not enjoy eating any of our UMF graded Manuka honey and we enjoy all of our honeys just by taking a spoonful a day.
