Cancellation Policy
All orders are processed as they are received. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@newzealandhoneyco.com.
We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, we cannot guarantee that your order has not already been dispatched.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return the item once it arrives. In this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders
All pre-orders are for soon-to-be-available products not yet in inventory. When you purchase a pre-order, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout. We’ll then store your payment method, and fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time. If the order has already been fulfilled, you are unable to cancel the order, but you may request a full or partial refund.

Subscription Policy
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Any payment details you provide will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you can log into your New Zealand Honey Co. account and cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
An email reminder will be sent to you 5 days before your next scheduled subscription order. This email will be sent to the email address associated with your customer account and subscription.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
Your subscription is completely flexible—you can cancel or modify it at any time by:
