nope. entry is open to anyone 18+ living in the us — chapter or no chapter. cooldown runs weekly meetups in ten cities if you want to find one.

terms & conditions
1. promoter
The promoter is New Zealand Honey Co. Limited ("NZHC"), run in partnership with Cooldown Running. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of NZHC and Cooldown Running, their immediate families and agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. entry period
Entries open 20 August 2026 and close 11:59pm PT on 24 August 2026. Entries received outside this window will not be counted. The winner will be drawn within 5 business days of close and announced on or around 31 August 2026.
4. how to enter
To enter, an entrant must during the entry period: (a) follow @cooldownrunning and @newzealandhoneyco on Instagram; (b) like the designated giveaway post; and (c) complete the entry form on this page, including a valid email address and Instagram handle. One entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.
5. the prize
One (1) winner receives: a US$500 Garmin gift voucher, and a three-month supply of Manuka honey comprising 3 × UMF™ 10+ 500g squeezy and 3 × UMF™ 24+ single-serve packet boxes (approximate retail value US$218). Total approximate retail value US$718. Garmin is not a sponsor of this promotion; the voucher is redeemable per Garmin's own terms. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. NZHC reserves the right to substitute a prize element of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.
6. winner selection & notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. Entry steps (a)–(c) will be verified against the entrant's stated Instagram handle before the prize is awarded; if they cannot be verified, the entry is void and a new winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted by email and Instagram direct message and must respond within 7 days to claim, after which the prize may be redrawn.
7. delivery
The honey element ships to a US address only, in scheduled monthly deliveries across three months. The Garmin voucher is issued digitally to the winner's email address. Any taxes arising from the prize are the winner's responsibility.
8. the 20% discount code
Every entrant who submits a valid email address receives a unique single-use code for 20% off at newzealandhoneyco.com, sent by email. The code is valid for one month from issue, has no minimum spend, and excludes UMF™ 28+ and UMF™ 30+ products. It cannot be combined with any other code, subscription discount or promotional offer, and holds no cash value. One code per person; codes are non-transferable and void if resold or published.
9. your data
By entering you consent to NZHC storing your name, email address and Instagram handle for the purposes of administering this promotion and sending marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. Details are handled per the NZHC privacy policy and are not sold to third parties. Cooldown Running receives aggregate entry numbers only, not personal data, unless you separately opt in.
10. general
NZHC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. NZHC may amend these terms or withdraw the promotion where necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control. By entering, the winner agrees to their first name and Instagram handle being used in announcement content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
