What's the difference between UMF™ 24+ and UMF™ 20+?

Why is UMF™ 24+ more expensive?

At this level, the honey is naturally rarer — only a limited portion of each harvest reaches UMF™ 24+. Add in rigorous independent testing and strict certification requirements, and the premium pricing reflects that scarcity.

What does UMF™ 24+ taste like?

Bold, rich, and deeply complex. The higher potency gives it a more intense Manuka flavour compared to everyday grades. It has a smooth texture with a satisfying depth that many customers love.

How much should I take per day?

Most customers take ½ to 1 teaspoon daily. Due to its higher potency, some prefer smaller servings — a little goes a long way at this grade. Enjoy it straight from the spoon or in warm (not boiling) water.

Why has my honey crystallised?

Totally natural — and actually a sign your honey is the real deal. It doesn't affect quality or potency. Just warm the jar gently in lukewarm water to soften it back up.

How should I store it and does it expire?

Keep it below 20°C, away from direct sunlight, with the lid tightly sealed. Manuka honey has an incredibly long shelf life and stays stable well beyond the best-before date when stored properly.
